7 june, tulasipur- Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Gokul Prasad Banskota, has said journalists should write on matters of public interest.
Minister Banskota expressed this in course of observation and inspection of the Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS)’s office in Dang today.
On the occasion, he urged the journalists to bring out the people’s problems rather than the speeches of party leaders.
The Communications and Information Technology Minister suggested the news disseminated by RSS and Gorakhapatra should be credible and with a different angle. “The news generated by RSS should be different from the news produced by the other media. You should emphasize on investigative news,” he said.
RSS Dang bureau chief Narayani Rajaure on the occasion shared that the local level has been approached for providing the required assistance for operating an information centre at the RSS Dang office for the convenience of journalists. (RSS)
