7 june, Hetauda- The Rhiddhisiddhi Cement Industry established with domestic capital at Ratomate of Hetauda Sub-metropolis, Makwanpur has started production.
The industry presently produces 20 thousand sacks of cement on a daily basis in first phase. It was established at a cost of Rs 10.50 billion.
The industry sets a target of increasing the production volume to 60 thousand sacks daily within the next few days. It needs 10 thousand metric tonnes of raw materials (limestone) and it is collected from Raksirang of Kaialsh rural municipality in Makwanpur, Nibuwatar of Bhimphedi, Shaktikhor of Chitwan and Udaypur.
The product is available in the market of Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Jhapa, Janakpur, Pokhara and Hetauda with the brand name of ‘Rhiddhisiddhi Cement,’ Industry regional sales manager Bikram Khatiwada said.
As he claimed, the European technology has been adopted and the help of robot is taken to produce the cement. It has around 300 labour force. Hetauda Cement and Shivam Cement are also produced in Hetauda. (RSS)
